Job Title: Site Manager

Location: North London

Start Date: August 18th

Duration: 4 Months

Rate: £270.00

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

SMSTS Certification

CSCS Managers Card

Valid First Aid Certification

Proven experience in fire remediation projects

Cladding expertise – familiarity with Rock Panel Systems and wood panel installation is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Review and update Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 20 installation operatives on site

Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the project

Conduct daily briefings and activity updates with the site team

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Interpret and work from technical drawings

Oversee handover processes and secure necessary sign-offs

Enhance and implement existing operational procedures

Lead daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow

Monitor progress against the construction programme and update accordingly

Ensure successful completion and timely handover of designated work sections

Uphold quality assurance by enforcing inspection and testing protocols

Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and senior management
