About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager to lead the site delivery of an iconic high-rise development in the heart of Stratford, London.

You’ll be No.1 on site works, working alongside a Project Manager who oversees the client and project administration. Together, you’ll deliver a 40-storey scheme, very close to the Stratford Underground Station and Westfield. We will consider both freelance and permanent applicants

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven track record delivering high-rise residential, PBSA, or BTR schemes in urban environments.
✅ Strong technical knowledge of RC frame, façade installation, and large-scale fit-out.
✅ Experience as site lead (No.1 for site works) on comparable projects.
✅ A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset – just a modern, progressive approach to site leadership.
✅ Comfortable working in close partnership with a client-side PM and wider project team.
