The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business development within the construction industry within Austria. Your core experience handling high value buildings. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, coupled with strong negotiation skills, will be crucial in expanding the company's portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:
– Identifying and pursuing new business ventures
– Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders

Essential skills and experience:
– Minimum of 6 years' experience in business development within the construction sector
