The Role
As the Multi Trader, you’ll:
• Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on Social Housing properties, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.
• Take ownership of assigned work, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit to minimise repeat visits and disruptions.
• Complete all tasks within allocated budgets and timelines to maintain operational efficiency.
• Operate in accordance with company Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.

You
To be successful in the role of Multi Trader, you’ll bring:
• Competency in multiple trades, especially in Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, and Roofing.
• Experience in drainage work is also required.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to quality and professionalism in all tasks.
