Supervisor – Voids Maintenance (Rotherham)

We’re seeking a hands-on Supervisor to manage reactive and planned maintenance works across void properties in Rotherham and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise operatives and subcontractors across multiple trades

*

Conduct property surveys and ensure timely, high-quality completion of void works

*

Monitor performance, safety, quality, and cost control

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and reporting procedures

*

Support achievement of client KPIs and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

*

Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in voids or property maintenance

*

Valid CSCS card (Gold or Black preferred)

*

SSSTS (desirable)

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Flexible with working hours and occasional travel

Salary: £160/180 per day + company vehicle
