About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to regional teams.

* Accurately process timesheets and ensure timely submission to payroll.

* Manage and coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.

* Prepare and distribute internal documents and reports.

* Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.

* Liaise with internal departments and external contacts in a professional manner.

* Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially when processing data.

* Confident in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* A proactive and flexible approach to work.

* Friendly and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Experience in a construction environment is a bonus but not essential.
