Procurement Manager
About the Role:
This potential new role is in the final stages of being scoped. The Procurement Manager will lead and streamline the procurement of materials and subcontractor packages for multiple concurrent M&E projects. You’ll liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost efficiency and compliance across all buying activities.
Potential Responsibilities:

Strategic sourcing of M&E materials and services
*
Build and maintain supplier relationships
*
Monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and budget forecasts
*
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure contract compliance
*
Improve procurement systems and reporting mechanisms
What We’d Like to See:

5+ years in M&E or construction procurement
*
Experience with buying for commercial/resi M&E installations
*
Organised, commercially aware, and process-driven
