About the Role:

PCR is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in external projects to oversee the delivery of high-quality buildingd. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor known for excellence in the refurbishment and redevelopment flats and shops.

You'll be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget—all while working in sensitive, often live environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet program and quality standards

* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations

* Liaise with clients

* Oversee site logistics, deliveries, waste management, and access control

* Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior management

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site supervisor on external projects involving roof and masonry repairs.

* Strong understanding of CDM regulations and live-site safety

* SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid at Work – minimum

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Ability to read drawings and manage multiple trades and subcontractors
