Fomac agency require experienced Stone Snaggers.The roles will be based on various sites in central London.

– Pay rate negotiable (DOE)

Suitible candidates will have:

– Valid CSCS card

– Proven experience working as a stone snagger. Site Management or Similar. Provides valuable insights into building practices and defect identification.

– NVQ in The Built Environment is beneficial

– Thorough knowledge of building regulations and standards is essential

– Familiarity with typical snagging process and common defects found in new builds

– Knowledge of warranty provider standards

– Membership in Professional Bodies: CIOB, RICS, or similar professional bodies beneficial- demonstrates a commitment to industry standards.

– Right to work in the uk

– Available to start immediatley
