We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a critical RAAC removal project involving structural works and full roof replacement in Epsom, Surrey.

🛠️ Key Details:

* Duration: Approx. 12–14 weeks

* Start Date: ASAP

* Project Scope: RAAC removal, structural alterations, full roof replacement

* Location: Epsom, Surrey

✅ Requirements:

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* CSCS Card

* DBS (Preferred)

* Strong background in structural and roofing works preferred
