We are looking for an accomplished Project Director to lead this transformational project. This is your chance to drive excellence on a nationally significant scheme, delivering cutting-edge mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions within a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you’ll do:

* Lead full project lifecycle delivery for a high-profile MEP data centre package, from design coordination to commissioning and handover.

* Drive high standards of quality, safety, and programme adherence while managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

* Manage commercial risk, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting at the highest level.

* Champion innovation and best practice in MEP construction on one of Europe’s most advanced data centres.

What you need to succeed:

* Proven experience delivering large-scale MEP packages, ideally data centres or similar technical environments.

* Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record managing multimillion-euro construction projects.

* Deep knowledge of construction regulations, H&S standards, and commercial contract frameworks.

* EU Passport holders only — no CVs from current TSL employees or affiliates.

* Passion for delivering high-quality, complex infrastructure projects on time and budget.
