Ventilation Package Manager – Frankfurt – €50M Data Centre MEP

We are seeking a Ventilation Package Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of high-spec ventilation systems on a hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt. You'll manage critical ductwork, air handling, and airflow systems within a €50M MEP framework, ensuring technical compliance and programme certainty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage design coordination, procurement, and site execution for all ventilation systems.

* Liaise with subcontractors and consultants to ensure correct installation to specification.

* Ensure compliance with QA, commissioning protocols, and clean-zone standards.

* Support testing and handover in line with commissioning and client validation.

Requirements:

* Proven background delivering complex ventilation packages on data centres, hospitals, pharma, or high-spec commercial builds.

* Familiar with fire-rated ductwork, AHUs, VAV systems, and controls integration.

* EU passport required for access and rotation.

* No applications accepted from those working with the main contractor on this project.

Package:

* €80,000 – €90,000 + €1,500 net per month allowances

* Flights, accommodation, 17/4 rotation logistics provided
