Health & Safety Manager – Frankfurt – €50M MEP Project

We are hiring a Health & Safety Manager to take full responsibility for HSE compliance on a live €50M MEP package in Frankfurt. This mission-critical environment demands precision, high standards, and proactive leadership in health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all HSE efforts across multiple work fronts, including audits, toolbox talks, and compliance reviews.

* Ensure safety documentation, RAMS, and incident reporting are rigorously maintained.

* Collaborate with delivery teams and client reps to maintain site-wide safety integrity.

Requirements:

* NEBOSH-qualified with 7+ years in MEP or construction H&S management.

* Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred.

* EU passport required.

* Cannot currently be working with the main contractor delivering the scheme.

Package:

* €100,000 – €110,000 + €1,500 net per month allowances

* Accommodation, flights, and full 17/4 rotation support
