Quantity Surveyor – Frankfurt – €50M MEP Data Centre Project

An exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a €50M MEP package in Frankfurt. This is a rotational contract supporting procurement, cost management, valuations, and reporting on a live, high-tech project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support main and sub-contract administration, variations, and payment cycles.

* Compile reports, assist in CVRs, and liaise with site teams for commercial clarity.

* Track change orders and ensure cost control throughout execution.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of quantity surveying experience, ideally in MEP or data centre environments.

* Strong grasp of contracts (NEC/JCT), procurement, and financial governance.

* EU passport preferred.

Package:

* €80,000 – €90,000 + €1,500 net per month allowances

* Flights, accommodation, and 17/4 rotation included
