Job Role: Workplace Design Standards Manager

Preferred hubs: Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Cardiff, Glasgow, Newcastle

Rate – £400 to £500 per day – Please submit salary or daily rate you are seeking inside ir35

Essential Experience

* Background in architecture or interior design (commercial/retail preferred)

* Experience with large-scale workplace or job centre projects

* Strong understanding of inclusive design and accessibility

* Skilled in stakeholder management and presenting to large groups

* Experience in writing and evolving design standards

* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and RIBA processes

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

* Degree or Master’s in Architecture

* RIBA membership (or working towards)

* Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM)

* Experience in complex estates (e.g., healthcare, education)

* Familiarity with UK regulations and standards
