Contracts Manager
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in civils and groundworks? We are a well-established, forward-thinking contractor based in the North West t of England, seeking a driven and knowledgeable Contracts Manager to oversee a variety of projects across the region.

Role Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple civils and groundworks projects from tender through to final account.
*
Must have experience and be competent to use ASTA / write programs
*
Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards.
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and clear communication.
*
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures.
*
Contribute to programming, resourcing, procurement, and financial tracking of each project.
*
Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to tender submissions.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the civils or groundworks sector.
*
Strong technical knowledge of groundworks, infrastructure, and civil engineering methods.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Managerial), and First Aid preferred.
