A brand new opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading blue chip Main Contractor.

The company is a recognised Contractor who due to continued success and award of new projects is seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to operate as Commercial lead on a new build scheme in the Leeds area.

Requirements:

* You must have a proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor in a Main Contractor environment

* You will have proven experience of carrying out commercial duties on new build and refurbishment schemes up to £40m in value.

* Degree qualified
