The Opportunity:
One of Central London's most striking commercial developments is underway – and we're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing Tier 1 team on a flagship scheme.

This is a major new-build office tower rising over 20 storeys in the City. It's high-profile, highly complex, and still at an early stage – ideal for someone who wants to play a key part from the ground up. You'll be overseeing major packages, reporting into a seasoned Commercial Lead, and working alongside a well-resourced team with a strong track record.

About the Scheme:
• New-build commercial tower (20+ storeys) in a prominent City location
•£150m+ project value with long-term programme
• Grade A office space with retail and public realm improvements
• Deep basement works and complex structural elements

What you'll need:
• Senior QS or established Project QS with high-rise or large-scale commercial experience
• Strong package management skills on complex jobs
• Confident with procurement, subcontractor management, and client liaison
• Able to operate with autonomy while being part of a collaborative team
