An industry leader in structural and civil engineering is currently recruiting Project / Site Engineers to join their expanding team on some of Central London’s most challenging and high-profile construction projects.

This long-established contractor is renowned for delivering complex engineering solutions across the capital, often in live, constrained environments. Their portfolio includes major cut and carve refurbishments, structural alterations, and the installation of reinforced concrete (RC) and steel frames—typically on projects that demand precision, coordination, and engineering excellence.

The Role:
As a Project / Site Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in delivering technically challenging packages. You'll work closely with site management, temporary works coordinators, and the design team to ensure works are carried out safely, to spec, and to programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out and surveying structural works

*

Coordinating and managing subcontractors

*

Supporting temporary works implementation

*

Monitoring quality and maintaining records

*

Liaising with design teams and structural engineers

*

Contributing to planning and sequencing of complex structural phases

What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven experience on cut and carve, RC, steel frame, or structural refurbishment projects

*

Strong understanding of structural sequencing and temporary works

*

Ability to work proactively in challenging, logistically tight environments

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

*

Degree-qualified or equivalent in civil or structural engineering (preferred)
