Job Title: Night Shift Site Manager – Morrisons Shop Fit-Outs (UK Wide)

Location: Nationwide (UK Wide)
Shift Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Duration: Ongoing, with up to 12 months of work across various sites

The Opportunity:
The Shore Group – Integrated Services is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead night shift operations on Morrisons retail fit-out projects across the UK. This is a key role managing overnight site activity, ensuring smooth operations, and acting as the main point of contact during night hours.

With numerous projects scheduled nationwide, this position offers long-term opportunities on short-term projects, requiring flexibility to work across different locations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in shop fitting or retail fit-out projects

*

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

*

Ability to work independently and reliably

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate all night shift site activities

*

Ensure health and safety standards are maintained

*

Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

*

Maintain site documentation and reporting during night hour
