Project Coordinator

About the Role:

Our client is a growing and dynamic contractor delivering minor works across commercial sites. If you love fast-paced projects and managing all aspects of delivery from boots on the ground to client handover, this could be your next step.

You’ll manage multiple short-term projects valued £20k–£100k, acting as the point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. From site setup and programme management to H&S compliance and close-out, you’ll be in the driving seat.

What You Need:

* Experience delivering works in a live environment

* Background in main contracting, fit-out, or FM environments preferred

* Confidence juggling multiple jobs at once

* H&S and CDM awareness

* Competent with Microsoft Suite or similar planning tools

* CSCS (Essential)

* SMSTS/SSSTS (preferred)
