Help deliver on various projects within the residential sector
Prepare and submit UK building regulation and planning applications
Attend site visits and ensure technical compliance of projects
Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCADSkills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a technician
Proficient with AutoCAD
Experience working on residential projects
Familiarity with UK building regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
