Assistant Façade Manager (Temporary) – Watford

We’re seeking an Assistant Façade Manager to join a flagship mixed-use residential development in the heart of Watford, delivering high-quality homes and commercial space across multiple blocks.
This is a temporary position, ideal for someone with experience supporting façade packages on complex, high-rise schemes. You’ll be joining a driven site team at a key stage of delivery, assisting with coordination, QA/QC, logistics, and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the management and installation of external façade systems (cladding, glazing, brickwork, etc.)
Monitor progress, carry out inspections, and assist with quality control
Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure works are delivered to programme and spec
Assist with H&S compliance and documentationRequirements:

Previous experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
Strong understanding of façade systems and construction processes
Knowledge of brickwork packages
CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
