Your new role
As the site's Traffic Marshall, you'll be responsible for:

Directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around the site
Coordinating deliveries and managing access points
Communicating clearly with site teams and drivers
Maintaining a secure and organised site perimeter
Supporting site operations with a safety-first approachWhat you'll need to succeed

Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification (NPORS or CPCS)
CSCS card
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally on school or public sector sites
Strong communication and situational awareness
