A highly respected main contractor is seeking a driven and experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is a permanent role, ideal for someone with experience managing multiple construction projects across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing multiple live projects

*

Leading site teams and working closely with Project Managers and Directors

*

Managing programmes, budgets, and health & safety

*

Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams

*

Reporting on project progress and performance

Requirements:

*

Track record as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager

*

Excellent technical knowledge of construction

*

Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and communication skills

*

SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black card preferable)
