Site Manager – Main Contractor

📍 Location: Site all over the South (travel may be required)
💰 Salary: upto £65,000

We are working with a well-established main contractor looking to bring an experienced Site Manager into the team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager with a solid background in running jobs from groundworks through to handover. You’ll be joining a company that values quality, health and safety, and structured project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management of subcontractors and labour

*

Managing health and safety and ensuring compliance

*

Coordinating materials and deliveries

*

Working closely with the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor

*

Ensuring work is delivered to programme and to a high standard

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within a main contracting environment

*

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

Ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants and site teams
