An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a prestigious development team delivering the transformation of a listed building into a luxury hotel in Central London.

This is a full lifecycle role, ideal for someone with proven 'cradle to grave' experience, from enabling works through to high-end fit out. You will play a key leadership role on a complex heritage conversion involving both heavy structural alterations and luxury internal refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site activities from inception to handover

Manage complex structural alterations including groundworks, piling, and structural frame

Coordinate retained façade and heritage works

Oversee the internal fit out to luxury hotel specification

Manage and coordinate subcontractors and consultants on site

Chair regular progress and coordination meetings

Provide clear and consistent reporting to senior management

Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, programme and cost targets

Requirements:

A strong background in hotel refurbishment, ideally within listed or heritage buildings

Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex, high-spec projects

Sound knowledge of structural works, fit out, and retained façade techniques

Confident in managing subcontractors, technical interfaces, and project reporting

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Degree-qualified in Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline (BSc or MSc desirable)
