Contracts Manager

We are currently working with a well-known leading main contractor in the East who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team to oversee projects across the Central Belt. This is a key hire following continued growth and a strong project pipeline.

Our client is known for delivering high-quality commercial projects and has secured a number of long-term contracts, with further expansion planned. As Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of these projects, overseeing contracts and management team. You will report directly to the MD and be a central part of the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee live contracts across a range of commercial projects up to £25m in value

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality

· Report regularly to the Director on project performance and progress

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within the construction industry

· Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills

· Excellent communication and organisational abilities
