Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-week refurbishment project starting on Monday, 4th August 2025. This is a freelance position working with a well-established main contractor known for delivering high-quality education and public sector refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations and subcontractors

*

Ensure health & safety compliance at all times

*

Manage day-to-day site activities to meet programme deadlines

*

Liaise with the client, project manager, and trades on progress

*

Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks

*

Keep site documentation and reports up to date

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects (education/school preferred)

*

SMSTS (Essential)

*

First Aid at Work (Essential)

*

CSCS Black or Gold Card (Preferred)

*

Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
