Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Crawley, starting Monday 4th August. This is a 4-week freelance contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations and subcontractors

*

Coordinate strip-out and refurbishment activities

*

Ensure the project stays on programme and to spec

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety and site cleanliness

*

Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks

*

Liaise with the client, project manager, and suppliers

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally commercial fit-out

*

SMSTS (Essential)

*

First Aid at Work (Essential)

*

CSCS Black or Gold Card (Preferred)
