Site Manager – Temp Kitchen Refurb – Start Monday!

We’re supporting an interior fit-out contractor on a 10-week kitchen refurbishment project involving the installation of a temporary kitchen, enabling works, strip-out, mechanical & electrical upgrades, and full fit-out with equipment commissioning.

We’re now looking for a Site Manager to start this coming Monday.

Key Details:

* Start Date: Monday, 28th July 2025

* Duration: 10 weeks

* Location: Wrexham

* Rate: £260.00 – £280.00 per day

Ideal Candidate:

* Experienced Site Manager with a background in refurbishment projects

* Hands-on joinery skills would be a bonus but not essential

* Strong attention to detail and quality control

* Confident managing multiple trades and subcontractors

* Based locally or within 1-hour commute of the site

Scope of Works Includes:

* Site setup and mobilisation

* Enabling works for temporary kitchen (electrical, water, drainage, weatherproof link)

* Strip-out and MEP isolations

* Relocation of existing kitchen equipment

* Construction and fit-out including hygienic wall cladding, M&E 1st and 2nd fix, vinyl flooring, joinery, decorations, and commissioning

* Final testing and temporary works decommissioning
