Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing civils and water infrastructure team in South Wales. You will play a key role in overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of works across water-related projects, including pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations, and general infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise on-site operations including labour, plant, and subcontractors

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (RAMS, toolbox talks, permits)

* Monitor programme progress, quality standards, and report issues or delays to the site/project manager

* Liaise with engineers, clients, and utility providers to maintain smooth project delivery

* Maintain daily site records, progress photos, and safety reports

* Support materials and logistics coordination on site

Requirements:

* Proven experience in civil engineering or utility/water infrastructure projects

* SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black Card desirable)

* NRSWA, EUSR, or confined space certification beneficial

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Full UK driving licence
