Projects typically range in value from £250k to £5m, and the company operates across Cat A, Cat B, and full turnkey fit-outs in the corporate and professional sectors.

About the Role

The business is looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will manage all on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include managing site logistics, construction programmes, health and safety compliance, and commercial tracking in collaboration with the commercial team. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering bespoke, design-led interiors.

Requirements

You’ll have a proven track record of successfully delivering Cat A and Cat B commercial fit-out projects, ideally in the £500k–£5m range. Experience managing live sites in central London is essential, with a strong understanding of construction programming, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. You should be highly organised, commercially aware, and confident dealing with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. A background with a fit-out contractor or main contractor is required, along with a good working knowledge of health and safety regulations, including CDM compliance. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong eye for detail and the ability to drive projects forward to successful completion
