We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead operations on a busy traditional build housing development in Bedford. As a key figure on-site, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our high standards are met — from groundworks through to final handovers.

What you’ll be doing:

Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades

*

Maintaining programme and ensuring build quality

*

Health & safety compliance across the development

*

Regular liaison with customers, contractors, and internal teams

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience managing traditional build housing sites with a volume developer

*

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid – all essential

*

Passion for quality and a “right first time” mindset
