Serve as the main point of contact for residents before, during, and after works
Issue letters, notices, and schedules of works to residents
Arrange and attend tenant consultation meetings and property surveys
Manage access to properties for surveys, works, and inspections
Handle queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and sensitively
Keep residents informed of progress, changes, and potential disruptions
Record all resident interactions and maintain accurate logs
Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and project teams to ensure a seamless delivery
Promote a positive image of the company and the works being carried out
Support vulnerable residents to ensure additional needs are met
