About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Foreman to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring all finishing works meet high standards of quality, safety, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate finishing trades on site (e.g. carpentry, painting, tiling, flooring, decorating).

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Work closely with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

Conduct regular quality checks and snagging processes.

*

Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently.

*

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in residential or commercial construction.

*

Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction methods.

*

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

*

A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.

*

Relevant qualifications and certifications CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS, or SSSTS
