Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're Hiring: Senior QS – Major Refurbishment Project (£14m+) 🚧

I'm looking to speak to experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors who are confident running complex refurbishment projects through a two-stage D&B procurement process – independently, but with junior support.

This is a £14m “cut and carve” job, involving:
🔹 Full building refurb and light fit-out
🔹 Façade and cladding works
🔹 Roof replacement
🔹 Demolition of floors and construction of new ones
🔹 MEP, utilities, and all associated enabling works

You’ll need to:
✅ Pull together and manage the cost plan through Stage 4
✅ Engage the market and secure packages
✅ Liaise directly with the client and agree the contract sum
✅ Manage change both upstream and downstream
✅ Issue executive orders and handle commercial reporting
✅ Stay ahead of risk and scope management
✅ Maximise margin while de-risking the business

This is with a solid main contractor, and there’s a £30m+ project on the horizon next.
