What You’ll Be Doing:

* Leading cost management on complex building projects

* Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture

* Managing JCT contracts and contract administration duties

* Working closely with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders

* Helping drive project success with your consultancy expertise

What They’re Looking For:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying consultancy environment

* Solid knowledge of JCT contracts and project delivery

* Experience working on refurbishment or reinstatement projects is a plus

* Ability to mentor junior QSs

* RICS chartership is welcome but not essential
