Your Role Will Include:

📌 Managing all commercial aspects of assigned projects, including procurement, valuations, change control, and final accounts
📌 Ensuring accurate cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting
📌 Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes
📌 Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice in commercial operations
📌 Supporting compliance with regulatory and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in the construction industry – Passive Fire Protection is ideal, but experience in M&E or drylining is also highly relevant
✔ A solid background in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
✔ Strong understanding of construction contracts (JCT and/or NEC preferred)
✔ Commercial acumen and exceptional attention to detail
✔ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset
