Assistant Site Manager – New Build Housing

We're currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a new build housing site in Queensferry. You'll be supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day operations on a busy, live site delivering high-quality 2, 3 and 4-bed homes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing trades and subcontractors on site
Ensure homes are built to a high standard and in line with NHBC and H&S regulations
Support in driving the build programme to meet targets and deadlines
Carry out quality checks, snagging, and ensure a clean, safe working environment
Liaise with customers and maintain a professional, approachable presence
Complete daily site paperwork, toolbox talks, inductions and reporting
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing
Up-to-date CSCS card
SMSTS
First Aid certificate
Strong organisational and communication skills
