Site Manager – Night Shifts
Location: Longbridge
Start Date: 4th August
Shift Pattern: 4 x consecutive night shifts

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee night works on a construction project in Longbridge. This short-term contract will involve managing trades, overseeing site safety, and ensuring all night-time operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all subcontractor activity during night shifts
Ensure health & safety protocols are strictly followed
Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks as required
Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
Liaise with the project team to ensure smooth handover to day staff

Requirements:

SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS
Previous experience managing construction works at night
