Project Manager – New Build (Commercial)

Location: London

Salary: £90-100k + Package

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the new build phase of a major commercial project comprising both new build and refurbishment elements.

As a Tier 1 main contractor, our client deliver high-profile, complex developments across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a significant new build package, reporting directly to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the delivery of the new build element of a large commercial scheme

* Manage program, cost, and quality from start to finish

* Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery

* Work closely with the refurb team to align key interfaces

* Drive safety, compliance, and performance on-site

Requirements:

* Proven experience delivering commercial new builds (Tier 1 or large-scale contractor experience preferred)

* Strong leadership and site management capability

* Track record of delivering projects on time and to budget

* Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree)
