Water Engineer – Nationwide

Location: Remote + Nationwide Travel (50/50 split)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday | No Callouts | No Overtime

I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading Independent Training Provider (ITP) that's growing its team of technical trainers. We're looking for experienced water industry professionals – ideally with hands-on knowledge in mains laying, water treatment, or general utilities infrastructure – who are ready to come off the tools and step into a training-based role.

You don’t need any previous training or teaching experience – just solid industry knowledge, a passion for what you do, and a desire to pass that on. Full training will be provided.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

Deliver short, practical, commercially focused training courses
50% remote (online delivery), 50% travel to client sites nationwide
Work with engineers and professionals across the industry
Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends, callouts, or overtime ✅ What We’re Looking For:
Background in the water sector – mains laying, treatment, networks, etc.
Confident communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge
Willing and able to travel nationwide
