About the Role
Join our team as a Traffic Marshall in a fast-paced industrial environment where safety is non-negotiable. You'll be the front line in ensuring smooth, secure traffic operations on-site, protecting both personnel and assets.

Key Responsibilities
– Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely in a live industrial setting.
– Coordinate traffic movements to minimise congestion and hazards.
– Monitor site access points and enforce safety protocols.
– Communicate effectively with drivers, operators, and site staff.
– Maintain vigilant oversight to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.

Essential Requirements
– Valid CSCS Card
– Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall, ideally in industrial environments.
– Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
– Ability to work proactively in high-pressure scenarios.
– Excellent awareness and communication skills.

Desirable (Not Essential)
– Traffic Management (TM) training or qualifications.
