* Specialist sub contractor – Work throughout the South region.

* High quality technical projects £1m – £12m.

* Sectors include Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare

* Looking to grow their business.

* The team has been very successful and they need to add an experienced Estimator.

* You will be an integral part of their success.

Role

* Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be expected to provide Estimating expertise.

* Responsible for pricing a range of projects and packages.

* Work closely with operational, commercial and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of all tenders.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Provide technical advice to clients and internal teams.

* Based in the office and occasional working from home.

Person specification

* The ideal applicant will have worked for a sub contractor

* Able to work with minimal supervision.

* Knowledge of external technical Facade and Cladding packages

* Proven technical knowledge
