Quantity Surveyor

A modern day, Quantity Surveying consultancy with a supportive and enjoyable work culture, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with Senior ambitions.

The Quantity Surveyor’s Role

Joining their London office, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be working across several projects including: multiple gym expansions (circa £5m), private medical refurbishments, data centre, and office fit out schemes.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for taking certain projects from inception to completion independently, whilst also offering support to the Associates and Directors on the more technically challenging schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree

* MRICS, or working towards

* Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience

* Previously worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy practice

* Good pre and post cost management experience

* Sociable, personable nature
