Building Services Manager Opportunity – Leading Main Contractor – Hertfordshire Based

MK Search are partnered with one of the UK's leading main contractors who due to recently winning a very exciting pharmaceutical project in Hertfordshire are looking to engage with an experienced Building Services Manager.

The company in question have a massive presence in the data centre, life sciences and industrial construction sectors across the UK and have grown consistenlty over the past 15 years.

The project is a highly notable £15m M&E value manufacturing plant in Hertfordshire that is expected to run for 15 months. You will be managing full MEP with a big focus on chiller systems and air cooling systems.
