Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A collaborative Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a team-focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working in a close-knit environment.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s Role

Based in their London office, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the existing Quantity Surveying team across a diverse portfolio of projects, including hotel, commercial, healthcare, sports, and residential schemes.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out both pre and post contract duties and will also act as the day-to-day/lead Quantity Surveyor on smaller schemes, with support from an Associate or Director.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

* Either completed a Quantity Surveying degree or in the final stages of a QS apprenticeship

* Keen to achieve MRICS

* 2+ years’ experience within a PQS / Construction Consultancy environment

* A good understanding of pre and post contract tasks

* Adaptable, willing to learn, proactive
