Technical Coordinator

Our client is one of the UK’s leading PLC housebuilders, operating on a national scale. They are seeking an ambitious Technical Coordinator to join their growing team and support the delivery of residential developments across the South East.

Working closely with a highly respected Technical Director, the role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

* Proven working experience in Architecture / Civil Engineering

* Previous experience in the Residential Housing sector

* Proficient in regulatory approvals, including all section agreements (section 38 §ion 104 designs)

* Project management and supervision skills
