Hours: 7.30am-5.30pm

Required tickets: CSCS card (Min. NVQ Level 6), SMSTS & First Aid
Required experience: Experienced in all aspects of Site Manager work on new build housing project, will be overseeing all external works to final handover.
This is a hands on role requiring strong communication skills to ensure quality and timely delivery.
* Minimum 5 years expereince on residential builds
* Strong background in Externals and finisihing works
Conduct Regulations 2003
